How does pricing work?
We charge by the pound — weighed before your delivery so wet towels or damp items don't throw off the count. That's the number on your invoice. No estimates or surprise fees. Weekly/biweekly customers get the best rate at $1.50/lb. As-needed is $1.75/lb, and same-day return is $2.50/lb. Comforters and oversized items are $15 flat.
What's the turnaround time?
36 hours from pickup to delivery. If we pick up Monday, your laundry is back Wednesday. Thursday pickup means Saturday delivery. Same-day return is available on your regular route day — we take care of it at a laundromat close to you to keep travel minimal.
What do I need to do to prepare?
Just bag your laundry and leave it ready at your door on pickup day. We bring our own bags for the return trip. On your first pickup, we'll note your preferences — detergent, water temperature, folding style — so every order after that is exactly how you like it.
Do you handle delicates or special items?
Yes. Just let us know when you book or add a note to your order. Items requiring hand-washing or special care are handled separately. We use Tide as our standard detergent and ECOS Hypoallergenic for customers with sensitivities — just let us know your preference.

How do I pay?
We accept Square (card on file), Venmo, and CashApp. You'll receive an invoice after each pickup with the weight and total. No payment required until after you see the invoice.
Do you handle commercial or business laundry?
Yes — we work with businesses including camp laundry, hospitality linens, and similar commercial needs. Commercial accounts are priced separately. Reach out to discuss volume and scheduling.
